Atelier Oui

OUI stand for Our Urban Interventions. We help municipalities with urban renewal in public spaces. By working in collaboration with the users (Our) in the city (Urban), we create dynamic and energetic places (Interventions) that have a happy and positive impact on the city and its social cohesion. 

Atelier OUI has broad experience with designing and realising urban sports facilities. 

As Urban Sports Architects, we research, design and build with an interdisciplinary team. For 8 years we have been making social, creative and uniquely sustainable places in the city. 

We have a pro-active, analytical, bottom-up approach that uses the knowledge of experts during the whole process of research, participation, design, realisation and maintenance. 

Founded in 2012 by musician / architect Guido Schuurman, Atelier OUI has been developed into an expert in the field of architecture for the subculture. 

We enjoy the Do-It-Yourself mentality of our target groups and their view on society. We believe in the impact and inclusivity of well designed multi-functional public spaces.

Atelier OUI is a design collective that is specialized in Urban Sports Architecture.

With a multi disciplinary team of urban sporters, (landscape) architects, furniture- and social designers, we have been researching and building for over 8 years towards more social, active and unique cities. 

Atelier OUI works with a pro-active, analytical, bottom-up approach under the supervision of Guido Schuurman. Expertise is used during the whole process of research, participation, design, realisation and maintenance.
